· DES has granted funds for disability works.
· Disability works due to commence at Easter.
· Anna and Mark to meet Architect John Keogan to progress school completion.
· Robert Stamp to certify accounts.
· Staff working on substance misuse policy
· Caretaker carrying out a backlog of repairs.
· Appointment of permanent teacher from panel needed for Sept.
· School/Parish draw going well. Thanks to parents for their support.
· For insurance reasons, school needs record of occupancy and use for out of school hours use.
· Anna to take responsibility for reporting to SEAI on school energy use.
· School to purchase refurbished laptops and tablets.
· Great feedback about Grandparents and Grandfriends Day. Well done to all concerned.
· Christmas Concert went really well. Well done to all concerned.
· €600 raised through clothes collection.
· €200 donated to school by Toddler Group.
· €100 won by school quiz team. Well done to children and Ms. Gately.
