· Parents Association – A letter was written to all parents. A meeting was called and new proposals voted in. New officers were also voted in.
· Audit from the DES on prefab Replacement Scheme.
· Xmas Concert on Mon. 19th Dec.
· Caretaker to be vetted prior to beginning work in the school.
· Board to investigate upgrade of sewage system and car park works in the future.
· Work continuing on finishing all building projects in the school. Progress being made.
· New Anti-Bullying Policy ratified. Checklist completed.
· Child Protection Policy reviewed. Checklist completed.
· Reception desk to be finished shortly.
· Next meeting is Tuesday Feb. 28th 2017 at 7.30 pm.
